How can I retrieve an order that was processed from a customer email? We never got the email, but the transaction is listed in "Order Processing"? We need to send the order to customer for their records.
All others in past seem to go through. Somehow one didn't. Is there a way to troubleshoot this or look in settings?

You should NEVER be processing orders based on email.
Email is not always reliable due to many factors, including spam filters.
They are simply sent to you and the customer as a courtesy reminder of the order. Customers should be given the option or instruction to print their INVC page, and you should only use your Order Processing, Unbatched Orders to verify and ship out valid orders.
There is no way to re-create the email. That whole process is automated when the order completes.
You can ask your host to review the mail servers logs, provided you have the approximate time and either the sending or receiving email address.

Actually, if you're using an Order Processing module, or software, you should be able to resend a similar email to the customer. Or, allow them to login and reprint the invoice.
If not, you can pull up the batch report (or the order) and copy and paste it into an email message.
