Customer Import

I have imported about 100 customers. For some customers the State field is being filled out in the dropdown menu ... and for some it's being filled in in the other state/zip field (text area) I am guessing, maybe if you enter the full state name as oppossed to the abbreviation, it does this? anyone know for sure?

Check your flat file. Sounds like a few of them have a field that is being added or skipped.

Probably an empty field.

Since there is an option to export customers in mm4.24, how can you import customers?

I do not see an option to import customers in the admin under 'Utilities > Import Data'...
