We are excited to announce the Beta release of our on-demand helpdesk solution "SupportMagic"
SupportMagic is an integrated support solution for companies that require communicating with their customers online. SupportMagic can be used by any/all department(s) within the organization such as ?Sales & Marketing?, ?Billing?, ?Technical Support? etc. for a better customer experience.
The solution has five modules, namely:
1) Helpdesk / Ticketing
2) Live Chat
3) Knowledgebase / FAQ
4) Troubleshooter
5) Reports
In addition to the above, there are personalized features such as calendar, private messaging, dashboard & team notices.

Hard to take any company seriously who's root domain (in this case http://supportmagic.com) isnt even active.

Looks like a direct rip off of Kayko too.

No contact information on the site URLs provided, no company info at all.

And we're supposed to trust you with our information?

I'll pass.

This one smells bad....
