I have a customer that sells widgets by the case.
Let's say he sells 20 per case.
On the product page they want to display that the widgets are $10 per widget but not initially display the case cost(which is the actuall product they are buying) is $200

Is there an easy solution for this in MIVA. I have roughly 2,000 products so it would important that it be something I could easily import/export.

I'll also need volume discounts and more than one on a page

It would look something like this:

Product...Per Case....Per Widget 1-5 Cases....Per Widget 6-10 Cases
Widget1......20......................$10.......... ....................$8
Widget2......20......................$13.......... ....................10

When they get to the cart, they can only buy in increments of 20(per case)

Never used Miva but I would like to know if something like this would be possible.

You could acoomplish this with a template module and volume pricing module.

I'd be very careful about not disclosing the case price when that is what they are ultimately purchasing. Not only is it dangerously close to violating "truth in advertising" but will also cause sticker shock and lost sales conversions.

I don't like it either but it's the way the customer hopes to get it.

Could you be more specific about which modules would work? A link to their sites or some documentation.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Not necessarily. It's acceptible in many industries to display the per product pricing on the category and product page, yet force case quantity purchasing.

You can do this buy displaying $20 ea. (or Low As: $8 ea) then a message that says "Sold by the Case" and/or "Case=10". Then use either attributes or a quantity pull down so they can only choose those quantities. This encompasses the needs without forcing a sticker shock on the customer.

All you'd really need is to include the custom wording on CASE= and then the Volume Pricing (http://www.designextend.com/page/miva/PROD/volumepr) module.
