Deleting Shopping Basket

I did a "delete Expired Shopping Basket" and forgot to change the Default "Recover Order Numbers", radio from a YES to a NO; will that have any affect on my order or order number?

It may. However, MM5 does not have this option.

Are you sure you posted in the right forum? Only Merchant 4.x and older had this option.

As long you do not make a habit of doing this, you should be ok. You do however, risk getting duplicate order numbers using this option.

no this is the first time i did it and forgot to change the option to "NO". What about order number skipping?

The order numbers will revert to whatever the earliest order number was in the orphans.dbf at the time you recovered order numbers - skipping any that have already been used.
