USPS Shipping Module

I am trying to setup the USPS Shipping Module and I need a USPS password which I don't know where to get. I did register for USPS Webtools which gave me a User ID but no password. Does anyone know how to setup this module and where I need to register to get a password?

From my understanding, you can put anything in the password field.

The Miva Module does not require it...only that a password be sent.
