menus in admin won't expand

One of our customers cannot expand their admin menus. I remember a post in the old forum addressing this topic. Any hints or suggestions on where to change the setting? They have Miva 4.24 and Open UI.

Might be a javascript issue. Click on Domain Settings along the left menu, then OpenUI Setup, then uncheck the box that says "Enable JavaScript Left-Nav Tree" and see if that helps. May want to disable the save/restore nav tree too.
