I desperately need to talk by phone with someone who is using Copernicus Super Shipping Bundle. We have been working for over a week trying to get the glitches out.

Have you tried simply contacting MIVA for support? They bought Copernicus LLC and are providing support for their modules now, and the core staff from Copernicus is working for MIVA so they should be able to answer and address all your questions...

Yes, I have e-mailed them. But, no replies.

Plus it's hard to put all the detail in an e-mail.

It's much easier to talk through configuration issues on the phone.

Does Miva offer installation assistance via phone for Copernicus products? If so, could someone supply that number?

Call the toll-free support number they have listed on their web site. If their first-line support cannot answer your questions, they will create a ticket and secalate this to someone who should be able to get back with you and help you resolve the problem. Or, depending who you are hosting with, they may be able to open a ticket with MIVA directly on your behalf.
