This thread is for pointing out bugs you might have found using Miva Merchant Synchro or other products and services.
Please include as much information as possible, including if it can be duplicated and under what conditions.
Thanks!

I just saw this thread and thought that this was the right place to post this.
I am trying to setup a store in Miva 5 with Synchro; it is not published yet. When I go to my store's links, and click the customer login link, it takes me to a page where I can Create An Account or Log In To An Existing Account. If I try to create an account, I come to a page where I can enter info, but when I then try to create the account, I get:
Runtime error in features/cus/cus_rt.mvc @ [00000001:000014be]: features/cus/cus_rt.mv: Line 304: MvDO: Function 'Module_Customer_Runtime_Validate' is defined with 0 parameters and was called with 1
I searched through the modules and didn't see any called Customer Runtime Validate.
I entered that error message into Google and found a message that it was related to having Synchro installed. Sure enough, disabling Synchro allowed things to happen.
Is there a fix yet for this? Or is there another QuickBooks synchronization module that might be a better choice?

Boost!
I have the exact same issue (and error message!)
Did anybody know of any fixes or is there another Quickbooks module that someone can recommend for a medium sized business.
Thanks!

I found the fix at http://smallbusiness.miva.com/support/downloads/
Partways down the page there is an entry:
MIVA Synchro Connector Module for MIVA Merchant 5 update (javascript:showHideQ(document.all('hidden5_15')); ) - 1/4/06
The download will take care of the problem - at least it worked for me. Good Luck!
This is a bug in the original Miva 5 Synchro Connector Miva 5. You need to upload the updated module for miva 5 it needs to read 1.0001 for the module version in the miva 5 store. This updated module is available on the miva FTP site.
Hope This Helps
