Emporium Plus Coupon Module Question

Hi all,

We have the Emporium Plus Coupon Module installed. We'd like to offer all our VHS videos at 75% off to clear them out of stock. I can't seem to figure out how to set that up so that a customer can order multiple items (not all videos) and have the discount apply only to the videos when they check out.

Plus - some product codes are a bit confusing. For example, we have a product with a code of '05'. It has 2 attributes - D05 (DVD version) and A05 (VHS version). I want the discount to apply only to the VHS version.

We do have the compiled version of the coupon module - so this should be doable.

Coupon modules do not do discounts like that. That would be a discount module.

Look at Weiland's percent off by quantity by category module (http://tinyurl.com/zap68) for that.

Actually I figured it out. I have to use the "instant coupon" feature so the customer can type a code in the product's detail page. That allows them to use as many coupons as they want for individual items on an order. It was just a bit tricky with the attributes - but I figured it out.

Sorry, I misunderstood your application of the coupons.

Yes, the instant coupon feature will allow you to use multiples.
