Miva Merchant has encountered a fatal error and is unable to continue. The following information may assist you in determining the cause of the error:

Error Code: OUI-PKST-00001
Description: Unable to pack 'OUI_Products' [Index 'ouiprds.mvx00000001' was created with the UNIQUE flag and the key '2481' already exists in the index file]


How do I fix this error?

You're going to need to remove a duplicate record 2481 from the mivadata/Merchant2/00000001/oui/ouiprds.dbf database. If you have not done this before, it is possible using a utility like the one from http://www.dbfutils.com but your host may be able to do it for you and that would be the safer bet if you haven't manipulated the database files directly before.
