Trying to get rid of Marketplace account info

I just cancelled my miva marketplace account and no one can seem to tell me how to get rid of the account info under the miva marketplace configuration link in my admin. I want it gone because I think that it is supplying the tracking info on the bottom of my pages, and that I definately want gone. I de-activated the module and the account info is still there?? Any ideas would be great, Thank you.

From what I was told quite a while ago by Jimmy when he was still there, was to simply remove the MMP username and password from the configuration screen and update.
