We configured the Upsale feature but had to take it down due to errors.
If there is only one product configured to appear, the Upsale works okay.
If there is more than one product configured to appear, the Upsale products display but when a user selects one of the products, the screen errors. It is a Miva Merchant error on the OSEL screen I beleive. I would tell you the exact error but our site is live now and we do not have this turned on obviously. Someone else had posted this same error on the previous Miva list so if I could get to that I could give you the exact error. But, I'm not sure where to find the previous postings.
Does anyone know of a way to be able to configure more than one Upsale product to appear without errors? Or is Miva releasing a patch soon? This feature is virtually unusable.
