That all can get to the checkout pages. I had a few tell me that they cant order anything as they can't even get to the checkout screens to fufil there orders.

i cant see this as happening as i just went thru it...

Could I please get someone to run through the motions on my site to verify or deny that something is indeed possibly wrong..

Well I tried it really quickly and was able to go through all the way to the screen where I can enter my credit card info. Seemed to work fine for me. Obviously, I didn't proceed past the enter credit card screen but everything up to there worked fine.

Same for me. OK up to CC payment screen.

Can you get one of the customers having trouble to call you and walk through the process?

thank you so much..... i was just talking to her and she was getting stuck at the screen where it asks to continue shopping or checkout..... she was clicking on continue shopping...

i hope this is just some oddball thing here, as I think it is clearly stated on what to do from there.

Im trying to get some more people to order also, not just to see if they can get to the cart, but the entire experience itself.

some of which im asking

1) Was your shopping experience easy?
2) Did your shopping experience tell you what you needed to know to make a educated purchase?
3) Did you feel comfortable ordering from us?
4) Was the information supplied on each step easy to understand?
5) Was the entire thing slow and bothersome for you?
6) Did you feel as though the site was courteous to you as far as explaining the steps to take to make a informed decision

stuff like that....
