weight table shipping by province

I have a customer who ships via ground service based on weight and province. For example, base shipping cost to provinceA is $8.50 up to 5lbs, thereafter it is $0.14 per lb. I was able to set up Miva's Weight Table Based Shipping and it works great. The only thing is that people are also given the options to select the shipping for other provinces on the list. So, if provinceB is cheaper they may select it instead of their provinceA shipping.

Any module available to only display the Ship To province?

You need Weight Table Shipping by State Zone (http://www.mivacentral.com/Merchant2/merchant.mv?Screen=PROD&Store_Code=m&Product_Code=WCW-WTBLSZ&ref=dotcom) (where Province = State, works just fine).
