Can shipping values be ordered alphabetically?

Is there a way to order the values that appear in the shipping drop-down? Currently USPS Priority Mail appears first and we would like UPS Ground to appear first.

It would be nice to either order alphabetically or be able to specify the order.

Does anyone know how to do this?
