We upgraded to Miva 5 about a month ago.
Two customers have called in saying that they go through the checkout process and enter their credit card information, but when they click submit they are taken to the "Sign In" screen. The order is not completed and the credit card information is not submitted so we do not have a declined or approved transaction. One of the customers tried several times over several days and was always taken to the "Sign In" screen after submitting credit card information. One customer was in New Jersey and the other customer was in Colorado.
We have been unable to recreate this issue and we are receiving many other orders.
Has anyone else heard of this happening sporadically with Miva 5 or heard of a solution? We're concerned this is happening to more customers and we would have no way of knowing.
