Hi,

When my shopper links to a product thats not there they get this error message.

Error Code: MER-DTB-00371 Description: Product '####' not found

Is there a way for our developer to code it to go to a company Product Not found landing page than to see this bad error message?

What version of MIVA Merchant are you running?

the version is MIVA 4.12

Probably should have posted this in the Merchant 4 specific forum.

Sebenza Studios Fatal Error Plus Module (http://tinyurl.com/rkrxj) is still available for uncompiled 4.12 stores.

However, I would strongly suggest you upgrade to v4.24 since versions prior to v4.13 are no longer supported and v4.12 has a bunch of bugs in it that have since been resolved.
