Soft Goods error code

I am receiving this error when trying to test the manual generation of a download email for a soft goods product using Viking Coders Soft Goods module.
Any ideas.

I receive this error when I am testing a product, set it up as a soft good, then try to generate a URL

This is typically caused by having the wrong mail server set in the store; I know some Viking modules have their own mail server setting but I thought softgoods used the global one. Either way, check Domain Settings -> Site Configuration -> Mail Server and see what it's set to. Then check the Soft Goods configuration and see if it's the same; if not, make it the same. If it doesn't have that setting, then the mail server at the page I mentioned first is probably wrong, try setting it to 'localhost' instead of what it shows.

Thank you for your reply....... I'm still a little confused.

Domain Settings -> Site Configuration -> Mail Server
this is set to localhost

Which part of the soft goods configuration am I checking?

Look for a mail server setting on any of the softgoods screens. If there is one, try setting it to localhost as well. If there is not one, you'll probably need to contact your hosting provider for further assistance.
