Not sure you can... but wouldn't Custom Category codes (descriptions, meta tags, etc) be great?

We have Products array. We are using this in Basket Page. Is it avaliable Category array like Products array. If not how can we get Catgories Codes and Names in the code?

You would need a module to generate the array. It is not normally available on any page displayed. However, there are 3rd party category tree modules which read in the database into an array. You can then display that data using the template code in a foreach loop.
