Problem with payments???

I haven't received an order so I ran begain creating an order and got to the payment screen... I put it an invalid card # and received this error:

Unable to authorize payment: The certificate chain did not validate, no local certificate found, Cert Path = certs, Working Directory = /var/www/cgi-bin/miva

So I tried with a valid card number and same problem...

I switched to a shared SSL... I am thinking this might be related. I use Payflow Pro as the payment processor. Do they need to be updated?? or is this a host problem?

This is a host problem.

The SSL configuration or location to the certs directory is wrong or missing.

Hmmmm my host says they are waiting on Miva for help....

This seems to me to be a lack of experience with Miva. Is this really something that they should be asking Miva?

Honestly? They should know exactly how to deal with chained SSL certs...this is not a MIVA related issue...but a basic SSL configuration issue.
