Help! I am having problems with two of my domains, both hosted by the same company. Needing to know if it's them or me... All of a sudden, I'm not receiving emails, so I start doing some tests and I get this email from "postmaster". Any suggestions?
Note- the two hosted by the same company are crystina.net and eternalrose.com. This error note happened when I sent a test from another account to eternalrose and crystina.net

I believe that problem is an incorrect setting for the mail server in your store's config. You'll find the mail server under Domain Settings -> Site Configuration. On most hosts it is localhost, but I think affinity.com is Valueweb, and I believe they have a special value that it should be set to such as miva.valueweb.com or something along those lines. I don't think localhost will work and setting it to mail.desertrosedesign.net also probably will not work. You'll need to check with them for the appropriate value.

Oh, I just realized you are talking about your own sending of email and not Miva Merchant right? That's going to be more difficult, it is likely a problem only they will be able to resolve if there's something wrong internal to their mail server for your domains.

Yep. I've had nothing but positive things to say about ValueWeb. M@pn@me.com (identity hidden to protect the scumbags) is another story. I was doing fine and had several of my clients hosted with them until they started deciding not to honor my referrals, etc. I very politely asked them to correct the situation. They didn't. I pulled one by one and had my clients switched over to another new host. Working very well. However, these two domains weren't transfered yet. Apparently M@pn@me got their "pink slip" from a few licensing agencies and all of a sudden I have no email. Coincidence? I think not.

I have tried to switch my nameservers, etc to no avail. Is there any way to "steal it back"? I've had no luck with my requests.
