We will not be selling any products from Emporium Plus for a week beginning July 31, 2006 (Monday). Most modules will still be available at MivaCentral, SantaFeMall, and Design Extend during this period.

Software support will be very limited and provided by Luray at SantaFeMall. Please use the Contact Us form for all questions.

Direct email will probably not be answered until we reopen, so it is essential that you use the contact system which will alert Luray.

Please limit questions to emergencies which cannot be withheld until August 7. I realize this may be an inconvenience, although rarely is there an "emergency" question. In most cases the answers are in the install docs. Please review the install doc and any frequently asked questions in it before posting questions. In rare cases, it may be necessary to make the module inactive under admin:modules until the issue can be resolved. Do NOT unassign a Merchant 5.x module without reviewing the important message about that subject near the end of http://www.emporiumplus.com/tk3/v3/doc.htm

Before we close for the summer break, take advantage of our big blow-out sale. Use coupon code SUMMERHEAT during checkout for 35% off software purchases between now and 6PM July 28 (Friday).

We are back from the summer break. During our absense, Luray did a wonderful job providing support for incoming questions submitted through our support system. Thank you Luray! Without your help, this break would not have been possible.

If you direct emailed us without going through the support system, you probably did not get a response. While family members did forward/reply to most of the obvious module questions, others may have been deleted as spam. If you have an unanswered question, please contact us through the support system http://www.emporiumplus.com/mivamodule_wcw.mvc?Screen=SPTS

Luray is well up to speed on our modules. He is an authorized reseller and carries most of our version 5 modules. An added benefit is that he offers an install service with them for a modest fee. So if you want to avoid self install and use a developer who is very familiar with our modules, take a look at
