Synchro Error

Hi,

We recently started using Synchro and it usually downloads the orders into QuickBooks Pro 2004 just fine. However, sometimes it will not download an order and there does not seem to be a recognizable pattern to it. The error message is:

"QuickBooks Error: Error communicating with QuickBooks:QuickBooks found an error when parsing the provided XML text stream"

I can't seem to figure out why it would be fine downloading most orders but getting stuck on others.

This s a little late, I know but anyway here it is:
This happened to me when I setup a client with Synchro that had already had many orders in Miva Merchant. This seems to only happen on $0.00 orders. For one reason or another QuickBooks does not like the $0.00 orders (perhaps this is a setting that can be changed in QuickBooks, I don't know) but if you change the order number in the properties of Synchro to the highest order number +1 then it should skip the $0.00 order and continue with the synchronization. What I mean is if the last highest order number was 1610 then set the last order number in Synchro to 1611.
