MIVA cart only has options to set required customer fields GLOBALLY. I want to be able to offer my customers an option to register with minimal intrusion. I.e. only an email address is required.
If they later choose to make a purchase, I want to make fields like name/address/phone number/etc. to be required on the OSEL screen.
