Add to Basket Quantity

I had put this thread on Miva 5 forum but I havn't gotten a response. I am wondering if that was the wrong place. So now I am posting it here.

I have been moving our store from Miva 4 to Miva 5 and one of the codes are confusing me. We have a small box on all of our pages that displays how many items someone has in their basket.

This is the code we used in Miva 4 (The previous designer put this code in and I'm not sure how he came up with it)

How can I get that translated into Miva 5 language so I can get the items to add up. You can see our store using Miva 4 www.maxwho.com (http://www.maxwho.com/) and the new store in Miva 5 http://66.36.184.183/mm5/merchant.mvc?

You need a module e.g. Weiland's Mini Basket. The code you show above is OUI - a module for V4, not available for V5.
