Is there a way to control my subscriptions?

I can't find any place on these pages where I can unsubscribe from a forum, or change settings such as switching from instant to daily. Is there a way to do that?

Yes, in your user profile (User CP at top left of this page). -->Options. You can also unsubscribe from any threads under the -->List Subscriptions area.

Options, and then what? I clicked every link I can find, and nothing is giving me a list of forums.

When you click on USER CP (User Control Panel), you should see a menu on the left hand side with the actual Control Panel. To the right of it you should see a list of subscribed threads, and directly below, list of Subscribed Forums. If you do not see anything - you are not actually subscribed to any forums or threads... If you are subscribed to some of the forums, each forum will have its name listed along with an "Unsubscribe from this Forum" link right below. That's pretty self explanatory in terms of unsubscribing yourself...

I don't think there's an option to change from instant email notifications to daily notifications, though, so you may have to unsubscribe yourself and re-subscribe with the new options, or at least visit each of the subscribed-to forums and select your new preferences for email notifications.
