SEO in MIVA (rmoval of "?" from URL )

I want to remove short url's
i.e. (?) to removed from URL for SEO

Many 3rd party tools provide this functionality thru admin interface. Is it possible thru admin interface ?????
Or
I have to buy some Module for it ?????
Or
Can anyone help with coding
