Bookings by date and time

Is there a module that makes it easy to sell booking/ reservations by available date and times?
I know an alternative would be to setup each separate date and time as a product with an inventory of 1 but I could see that getting very messy very quickly. Anyone have any thoughts on this?

You could use a module like Viking Coders' "Inventory Manager (http://www.mivacentral.com/Merchant2/merchant.mv?Screen=PROD&Store_Code=m&Product_Code=VCS-BROK_INVENTORY)" to set individual inventory levels per attribute option on the product. That way, you can have one product with the times as attributes and the inventory set to how many appointments are available for that time. It also handles combinations of attributes and their corresponding inventory.

(BTW, that module works with MIVA Merchant 4 only. Not sure of one for v5.)

hey jimmy. Yep, inventory manager for v5 is available (http://www.vikingcoders.com/store/merchant.mv?Store_Code=VC&Screen=FIVE&Affiliate=jasonh) but not on mivacentral.
