Synchro: When do the mm_xxx items get created in Quickbooks

I installed Miva Synchro and pointed it at my Quickbooks file. I noticed that it created mm_tax, mm_item, and other mm_xxx elements that I could use when setting up Synchro properties. However, it didn't create a mm_shipping element, so I created my own, and used it for setting up the shipping property for Orders.

I ran into problems synch'ing orders (which I mentioned in another topic post) so as a test I created a brand new Quickbooks file, and pointed Synchro at it. I noticed then that when I went to set Product, Customer and Order properties that NONE of the mm_xxxx elements were present.

When do those get created? And would anyone know why my original mm_shipping element didn't get created?

Those elements get added to your QuickBooks file when you run through the "Add Store Wizard" in the MIVA Synchro application. To get them added automatically to a new QuickBooks file, you would need to remove the store in MIVA Synchro and run the wizard again. Otherwise, you can always create them manually.
