I am able to successfully sync products and customers into Quickbooks (2006 Pro) but when I try to sync orders, I get the message
The name "U.S.P.S. First" of the list element is already in use.
From what I've gleaned online, this message occurs because Quickbooks already has an item named "U.S.P.S. First", and it's inactive. I looked through my customer list and product list and there is no such item.
Any ideas where else I should look in Quickbooks, or how to solve this problem?
