View Full Version : I lost all my *New* orders

Hi,

I have been using ultrabatch for a while. Today I was doing standard maint. by deleting old batches. I filtered by date range and did not include today in the range. Suddenly all *new* orders were gone! Is there any way to get them back. I have not packed.

Any help appreciated. We are a bit panicked about losing over 20 new orders.

Never mind. I found the orders. I was unaware that ultra batch can find deleted orders and then undelete them. Once I found this feature I was able to restore the orders. This is a great product.

Keep in mind that it can only undelete orders when you have not packed your store databases since deleting them, and you should be packing your store databases regularly to ensure there are no database issues.
