Changing username and password?

How do I change the username and password access to the admin page? I've been looking but can't seem to find where it's located.

Under Users in the admin tree.

Click on the drop down arrow next to users, select a name, change the name and or password.

You will not be able to change the name of the user you are currently logged in as.
