Unable to open menu/sub-triangles

Hi There,

I just started having this problem a week ago. The menu/sub-triangles are not opening up. For instance if i click on my store name which opens fine, but i am unable to open ?price groups or customers links etc.? Has anyone ever heard about this before? Please advise what is the problem.

Are you logging in with an account that has full admin access, or a limited account which perhaps doesn't have access to view price grops or customers?

What version of Merchant are you running? FastTrack?

We've seen this on MM4 stores with OpenUI, but so far have not heard it reported with FastTrack.

Try clearing your Internet Temporary Files too.

I am using MMUI 4.20, yes it started happeing after Open UI was installed.

Is there a way to fix problem?

This should have been posted in the Merchant 4 and earlier forum..this one is for MIVA FastTrack.

However, login to admin, click on Domain Settings, on the right, click on OpenUI Setup.

Uncheck the boxes for enable javascript left menu and remember nav tree state and click on update.

Logout of admin, then log back in. That should solve your problem.
