I recently inherited maintenance of our estore. I noticed that nothing had ever been packed or baskets deleted. I started out by deleting all the empty baskets (over 111,000!!) and then went on to packing everything. I keep running into this error (image attached) when I try to pack and I don't know what the recommended course of action is.

Is there any way to repair the database or recover from this error? We are currently running Miva Merchant 4.24 with all of the OpenUI packages.

Thank you for your time and support.

P.S. In case the image doesn't go through the error is "Miva Merchant has encountered a fatal error and is unable to continue. The following information may assist you in determining the cause of the error:

Error Code: MER-DTB-00254
Description: Index 'ord_id.mvx000000001' was created with the UNIQUE flag and the key '6348' already exists in the index file.

Try deleting order 6348 and see if that lets it pack clean. If it doesn't, you or your host is going to need to manually edit the orders database to remove the duplicate.

You will need to go into the admin and delete order number 6348....(you can print the information out first for prosperity)...then pack, and possibly repeat when a new duplicate order is found.

This can be repaired...but its pretty tedious and takes quite a bit of Merchant database knowledge.
