Interest in coupon module that adds item to cart

Just wondering if there is any interest for either a new coupon module or an add on to the existing coupon modules that would do the following. When you enter the coupon at checkout a specific item would be added to your cart. I would really really love to have this feature for our stores. Is anyone else interested?
