Category Tree Template - v5

I am using the Category Tree Template - v5 by Sebenza and would like the it to function the following way. I want the top 2 levels of categories to open automatically and any categories 3 and after to only open when its parent category is clicked.

Here is an example url

http://www.langloispiano.com/mm5/merchant.mvc?Screen=CTGY&Store_Code=Langlois&Category_Code=Pianos

I do not want the 3rd level category of "Langlois & Sons" to display until the user clicks on its parent category "Pianos"

Any suggestions?
