What happened to the Mivacentral refund page?

One of my clients accidentally bought two copies of a module, and I want to return one. You used to have a page where this could be done automatically ... but if it still exists, you've hidden it awfully well. I would have done a Search, but of course there isn't one. What's the deal with this? Is there still a way to get refunds?

Its still there and active, they just removed it from the menu system. You have to either know where it is, or hunt for it.
