Canadian gateways?

Hey there, I'm starting up an online store with MM and I live in Canada. Just wondering if anyone could suggest some banks/payment gateways, etc that are compatible with Canada.

I've been reading on a few people having problems with modules, gateways, etc and wanted to see if anyone has a smooth system running.

i don't know how great they are yet (i've just applied for it) but merchant-accounts.ca was the best i could find. they offer low rates, guaranteed approval, and say it can be integrated with miva.

Merchant-accounts.ca is an affiliate of Worldpay. Be prepared for tons of paper work.
