Ticket parameter invalid

I installed Synchro 1.63, updated synchro connector. There are some order fields empty like deposit account and shipping item. There is nothing in the pulldown list. If I try to synchronize, even though it reports the errors, I get the message Ticket parameter is invalid. How do I fill in these missing fields or get a valid ticket?
