Inventory Question

Hi

Can anyone tell me what the deal with inventory is? the only configuration screen I can find is setting the email messages when stock is low etc.

I read that MM5 has a built-in inventory manager. The only other thing it says is that you can configure it from the product page.

I am using MM5 via a hosting provider. Do they have to do something so I can access or use the inventory manager? thanks much.

After you add the product and click update, there will be an inventory tab at the top. Click the inventory tab, then check "track inventory", and enter your inventory quantity in the "Increase Stock by" box.

Remember that when customers add items to their cart this amount will decrease, even if they do not check out.
