Change shipping msg in Minimum or Subtotal Shipping Module

I had to resort to using the Minimum or Subtotal Shipping Module by World Zone to get the functionality I needed for my client.

On the Shipping Configuration page for this module, it says: "Note: If your customer requests shipping to a country you do not include in your options list, they will see the message that shipping costs could not be calculated and you would contact them.- You can leave it at that or- You can change the message or..."

I would like to change the msg that displays, but can't figure out where to change it. Any clues?

Add a method that is your message, eg
Shipping to be determined
make the price 0.00
make the zone WORLD
Miva Merchant and some payment modules have issues when no shipping selection is made. So give them a shipping method with the message you want to display.

I could not get your suggestion to work. Here's what I configured:
Shipping Method: Flat Shipping Fee Configured
Rate: 0.00
Minimum: 0.00
Zone: WORLD (also tried US)

Next entry:
Shipping Method: Ground-US
Rate: <what amounts to a price-based table; it works>
Minimum: 0.00
Zone: US
Method not allowed with: 28|20

When I order either product 28 or 20, I still get the message:
"Unable to Calculate Shipping Costs" (in drop-down menu box, by itself)
"No valid shipping methods are available for your order. You will be contacted regarding shipping when your order is processed."

I don't want this message to show up because I've assigned a flat shipping fee to products 28 and 20, and it's also working.
