Rename 'Merchant2' to 'Store'

Hi,

I was wondering if there was a way to change the name of the name of the 'Merchant2' folder to 'Store' in Miva 5? Also, what problems can this cause?

As long as you update your domain settings to reflect the path, you should be alright.

If you're listed in any search engines, be sure to add an .htaccess redirect 301 to your new structure.

Just to clarify, you change the domain settings in your store to point to:

www.yourdomain.com/store/merchant.mvc ../admin.mvc, etc...

and then change the merchant directory (mm5, merchant, whatever) to /store.
