%OUI% not displaying tokens

I am using OUI tokens in the invoice footer, but it is displaying the token rather than the actual results of the token. I have %OUI% as the first five charachters.

Other areas of the site are converting the tokens correctly.

What could be causing that?

Are you using any other modules that may be modifying the INVC screen such as Display Wizard Pro, Other Page Templates, OpenUI SuperMod?

Yes, I am using Other Page Templates. I added %OUI% to the template and it is dispalying properly now. Thank you!
