MIVA Synchro Error Messages

I updated the Synch Connector Module when I installed MIVA Synchro, I can do a manual synch no problem and I have done test synchs after altering items in both QB and MIVA and they seem to synch fine. When I attempt to set it up for Automatic Synch I get the errors posted below. The Synch usually takes about 10 min so far so I set it to Synch every 30 min. Anybody have a clue as to what would cause the following errors?

[06/22/2006 14:58:09] Unable to determine MIVA Merchant version. Please manually upgrade the MIVA Synchro Connector module
[06/22/2006 14:58:10] Order Synchronization: Begin
[06/22/2006 14:58:10] MIVA Merchant Error: InternetOpen() Failure: No more handles could be generated at this time.

Then it just repeats the above.

QuickBooks Error: Object "130000-904767797" specified in the request cannot be found. QuickBooks error message: Your version of this record has a different deleted count than the one in the datafile.


Anybody ever had something similar?
