That normally occurs when the email address is set to something on your own domain name or a domain on the same server but the account doesn't actually exist. For example, if the email the customer put in was bogus@urbanliphe.com then you'd get that message.
Normally we only see customers run into that issue with the merchant notification though, seeing as the customer notification is rather unusual because normally whatever mail server the store has been configured to use would accept any message, bad or not, and then it would bounce the notification back to you should it be undeliverable, so that makes me wonder if your mail server setting is incorrect in the store, unless you were ordering for yourself for testing and mistyped your address.

Ok, I tried to place a new order with a different test account and I did not receive that error.
The site for urbanliphe.com was moved to a dedicated server that we have set up for creating our new MM5.5 version of greekave.com. The email address I used when I got the error was klassic @ greekave. That is a valid address, but the server where that address and the 4c version of greekave.com is at another hosting company.
I hope that wasn't too confusing. So is there something I need to tell my host about our mail servers?

That most likely means your domain exists on both the new server and the old server and until email service is moved to the new server, you'll get that error, or they'll need to disable the email for that domain on the new server.
