Shipping & Surcharge Issues

Hello,

I'm a little puzzled here...hoping that someone can help me clear this stuff up for my client...

I am having a problem with orders outside of the US not calculating the shipping but processing the order anyways. What is the best way to go about fixing this? Do I need to contact MIVA directly?

Also I have tried to add a 5% fuel surcharge for all air shipments, but I get an error “server http://mmp.miva.com/ups/upstbledownload.mvc did not return all the required information."

Blah! This is annoying.

Have you run all of your updates on 5.5? I think that UPS error was fixed in Core 12.

Hmm, this seems to be working now...I think.

In the mean time, do you have any suggestions for getting the 5% fuel surcharge into place for air shipping?
