Hello
Can an button or icon be added to the checkout screen that allows a customer to delete the item rather than choose 'basket contents' to amend an order?

Some of our customers don't know to choose 'basket contents' when they need to edit an order.

Put a button on the screen that says "Edit Order". That button could take them to the basket screen. Some checkout modules start calculating discounts, fees etc on checkout screens and depend on the basket not changing during checkout.

Do I add the 'edit order' button within the template for Page/Code:OCST Name:'Checkout customer information' ?

Probably at the bottom of the basket contents template on the OCST page. Or you could put it on the main OCST template just below were the basket contents item is located.
