File Upload on Product Page Module

I am looking for a module to allow a customer to upload a file as an attribute to a product. All of our products will have this attribute. It is so customers can upload pictures to be printed or embroidered on clothing.

I'm looking for the same thing. So far the best I can think of is to add a php page someplace (possibly after checkout so that you can grab the order ID) and use a form to upload the file. A module would be nice though.

You can contact Kent Multer. He has a semi-custom module that he has not released to the public yet. It does require him to log in to your store and ftp to add the module. I have not used the module yet, but he is in the process of adding it to our site soon. I pasted a link to his user page on the forums below:
