Hello,
I have Miva 5 (although did they upgrade everyone to 5.5??)
and I'm trying to figure out how to refund a transaction. In the past I've gone through my hosting provider that bundles Miva. Simply emailed the transaction details to them, but now I'm told to contact Miva.
I'm using RPG for a gateway, although they don't seem to have a login area to access an account.
I really hope I'm just missing an obvious thing, as this MUST be a 1 or 2 click type function, no?
